Course Registration and Digital Products

The Primal Labs provides continuing-education courses, registrations, and related educational materials. Because these are educational services and digital products, there are no physical products to return.

All purchases are considered final once:

• A course registration has been confirmed.
• Access to digital materials has been provided.
• The purchased course or educational service has started.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• An incorrect amount was charged due to a billing error.
• The Primal Labs cancels the course.
• We are unable to provide the purchased course or educational service.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

• Failure to attend a scheduled course.
• Late arrival or incomplete attendance.
• Failure to complete the course.
• Change of mind after registration.
• Failure to meet course prerequisites or licensing requirements.
• Digital materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.

Rescheduled Courses

When The Primal Labs reschedules a course, registered participants may be offered:

• Registration for the new course date.
• Credit toward another eligible course.
• A refund when attendance on the rescheduled date is not possible.

Available options may depend on the circumstances of the rescheduling.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

• Your full name.
• Order or registration number.
• Email address used during checkout.
• Course name.
• Reason for requesting the refund.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. After a WooPayments refund is processed, the customer will usually receive it within 5–10 business days, depending on their bank or card provider.
