Cancelation Policy
- Eligibility
- This course is exclusively for licensed practitioners (e.g., physical therapists, chiropractors, medical doctors, etc.) with active, verifiable licenses.
- Proof of licensure will be required during registration.
- Registration and Payment
- Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
- Payments can be made securely via our website during the booking process.
- Early registration is recommended as seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations by Participants:
o Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $20 administrative fee.
o Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the course start date are non-refundable, unless there is clear communication and valid circumstances.
o No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the event.
- Cancellations by the Organizer:
o In the unlikely event that the course is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
o The organizer is not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
- Transfers
- Registration is non-transferable to another participant without prior approval.
- Participants may transfer their registration to a future course of the same value if the request is made at least 14 days prior to the original course date. Transfers are subject to availability.
- Course Requirements
- Participants must bring their own required materials, as specified in the course confirmation email.
- Attendance for the full duration of the course is mandatory to receive certification.
- Liability
- The organizer is not responsible for injuries sustained during the course due to improper technique or failure to follow instructor guidance.
- By registering, participants acknowledge their responsibility to practice techniques safely and professionally.
- Privacy
- Participant information collected during registration is used solely for course-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
