Digital Educational Products

All courses, training materials, downloadable resources, webinars, and digital educational content are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be requested only if:

• You submit your request within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
• You have accessed less than 10% of the course or educational content.
• No course completion certificate has been issued.
• No downloadable materials have been substantially used.

Refund requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Completed or substantially accessed courses.
• Downloadable digital resources after download.
• Membership fees after the billing period has started.
• Live coaching, consulting, or mentoring sessions that have already taken place.
• Promotional, discounted, or special offer purchases, unless required by applicable law.

Subscription Cancellation

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. Access will remain available until the end of your paid subscription term.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
